Tasting : Aromas of exotic fruits, notes of gingerbread and jasmine. The richness and fullness of the palate give this remarkable wine its distinctive personality.
Serve with : Fish in sauce, lobster, shellfish, smoked charcuterie. Serve at 6°C
Laying down : This wine is ready to drink, but will improve for 3 years in a good cellar.
